Responsibilities

• Lead scalable talent acquisition delivery for HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Contracts, Program Support, early career, Veteran, and international pipelines.
• Oversee recruiting execution and partner with business leaders and cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams.
• Build and mentor Senior Managers and Managers to meet growth objectives.
