Maximus seeks a Professional Talent Stream Director to lead scalable talent acquisition delivery for corporate and shared services functions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition leadership and program delivery.
Experience leading through managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong data literacy and use of analytics to guide hiring decisions.
Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices with ethical governance.

Responsibilities

Execute talent acquisition strategy for assigned talent stream.
Lead recruiting delivery against demand, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goals.
Develop Senior Managers and Managers; drive performance and succession planning.
Advise business leaders on labor market realities, risks, and insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams for pre-award planning and post-award delivery.
Improve recruiting processes, systems, and operating models for efficiency and compliance.
Lead the move toward a consultative, data-informed recruiting practice with human oversight.
