Maximus is seeking a Professional Talent Stream Director to lead scalable talent acquisition across corporate functions and international pipelines. This role drives strategy, governance, and advisory support to ensure a robust talent pool and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate is a data-informed, strategic leader who can elevate recruiting to a consultative, agile, and compliant operating model while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience preferred.
Experience leading enterprise-scale recruiting, with stakeholder management.
Experience shaping and delivering recruitment strategy and programs.

Responsibilities

Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with enterprise governance.
Lead recruiting delivery across professional talent streams.
Develop senior managers and recruiting teams; drive performance and accountability.
Advise leaders on labor market realities, risks, and pipeline insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre- and post-award recruitment needs.
Drive AI-enabled recruiting practices with governance and candidate experience in mind.
