Job summary

The Global HRIS & Operations Manager at Indium Corporation leads and optimizes the operational infrastructure of HR across multiple countries. This role unifies global HR systems, processes, data governance, and compliance with organizational objectives while applying technology enablement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR processes, coordinating annual HR programs, partnering with regional teams to standardize practices, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in HR operations/HRIS; ten (10)+ years preferred.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations or major system transformations.
• Global HR experience with cross-cultural and cross-border operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate annual HR programs: performance reviews, merit increases, talent reviews.
• Partner with regional/local HR teams to standardize processes across the organization.
• Support compliance, audits, reporting, and data governance for HR systems.
• Drive HR system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.
