Job summary

Indium Corporation seeks a Global HRIS & Operations Manager to lead HR infrastructure across multiple countries from Clinton, NY. The role ensures that HR systems, processes, data, and compliance operate efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.

It combines HR operations with technology enablement and data governance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HRIS governance and global HR operations, with strong collaboration across IT, Finance, Payroll and regional HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in HR operations, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS administration, governance, implementation, optimization, or related HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve global HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, mobility, offboarding, and rehires.
• Coordinate and support annual HR programs and processes, including performance reviews, merit increases, talent reviews, and HR systems initiatives.
• Partner with regional and local HR teams to promote consistent, efficient, scalable HR processes.
• Support global reporting, compliance, and audit requirements with regional HR teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
• Drive HRIS governance, data integrity, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and regional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance HR documentation and workflows.
