Job summary

Rakuten International is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the San Mateo team. You will coordinate end-to-end interview logistics, serve as the main candidate point of contact, and support TA operations across multiple locations including the US and worldwide.

The role requires prior TA/recruiting coordination experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior TA/Recruiting Coordinator experience is required.
• Ability to handle high-volume interview pipelines across time zones.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple locations (US and worldwide) in partnership with TA Partners and interview teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and TA Partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure clear communication of interview logistics; resolve scheduling conflicts and reschedule when necessary.
• Support TA Ops projects, including process improvements, data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
