Job summary

Rakuten International is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will support the end-to-end interview process, coordinate interviews, and create offer letters, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and a warm candidate experience.

You will collaborate with candidates, TA Partners, and Hiring Managers, managing schedules across time zones and locations, and handling communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience as a TA/Recruiting Coordinator.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple requests across time zones.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience scheduling interviews in Workday Recruiter.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the logistics with candidate and interview panel handling a high volume of interviews across multiple locations, (US and worldwide) in partnership with the TA Partner and interview team.
• Communicate with and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring manager and TA Partners and elevate issues accordingly.
• Ensure clear and accurate communication of all interview logistics with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams.
• Resolve any scheduling conflicts and obtain additional availability when necessary.
• Review interview requests for clarity, request additional information as necessary and report any issues regarding interview requests, reschedules or cancellations to your TA Partner.
• Support various TA Ops projects, including process improvements, data tracking, reporting, and documentation.

JOB SUMMARY

Rakuten is hiring a motivated, driven, and eager Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fun and dynamic Talent Acquisition team!

You will be a critical member of the team, collaborating with candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers as you support our teams and elevate the candidate experience with the end-to-end interview process.

You will support the TA team by contacting candidates, coordinating interviews and interview panels and create offer letters. You’ll ensure interviews are setup in a timely and accurate manner, manage all changes to schedules as needed and provide clear communications to candidates and hiring managers while creating a warm and inviting candidate experience.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at any level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem solving abilities and a confident approach.
• Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Thrives in a fast paced, challenging and somewhat ambiguous environment.
• Experience scheduling interviews in Workday Recruiter
• Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, committed to confidentiality and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's or related experience preferred but not required.

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
