Job summary

Rakuten is seeking a motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will support end-to-end interview processes, coordinate with candidates, TA Partners, and Hiring Managers, and help create a positive candidate experience.

You will schedule interviews, manage schedules across time zones, and assist with offer letters, while ensuring timely and accurate communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior TA/Recruiting Coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and high-volume interview scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Workday Recruiter experience a plus.
• Customer-service orientation and confidentiality when handling information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule logistics with candidates and interview panels across US and worldwide.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and TA Partners.
• Communicate interview logistics clearly to all stakeholders; resolve conflicts.
• Support TA Ops projects, including data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
