Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland with remote work options across the United States. The role focuses on owning full-cycle recruiting for a demanding portfolio of roles and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Global TA Manager, use Greenhouse ATS and AI tools, and help shape external talent-attraction strategies while representing Concentric at events.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Partner with TA Business Partners and Global TA Manager on complex searches and escalations.
• Leverage Greenhouse ATS and AI tools to manage candidate records and workflows.
• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and events.
