Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global TA Process Owner to oversee the enterprise-wide talent acquisition lifecycle, from policy design to adoption. You will define the TOM, ensure compliance with GDPR and local labor laws, and drive process improvements across regions.

The role requires partnership with Legal, HR Compliance, and regional TA leaders to embed standards and governance. You will lead adoption efforts, maintain documentation, and build a cross-regional network of champions to sustain global

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and governing enterprise-wide TA processes.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into process decisions.
  • Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global TA process end-to-end, including requisition, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding handoff.
  • Define and maintain the global Target Operating Model for TA with RACI, controls, and compliance checks.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements (GDPR, pay transparency, local labor laws) into design decisions.
  • Maintain a global process documentation library (SOPs, flows, SIPOC, work instructions).
  • Lead continuous improvement with Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma approaches and manage a live CI backlog.
  • Partner with Legal, HR Compliance and regional TA leaders for audits and readiness assessments.
  • Drive adoption with training, communications, and regional enablement materials.
  • Build a network of regional process champions and secure senior stakeholder buy-in.
