Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Operations and Program Management Specialist within the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team to shape our worldwide TA strategy.

You will drive processes, policies, tools, and resources to attract, engage, and retain top talent, now and for the future, partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead global TA projects, optimize systems, develop learning content, and mentor teams through GTA initiatives and Early Career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of TA operations, program management, or HR project work.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize global TA processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance across geographies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
• Experience with ORC or HRIS is a plus; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, refinement, and maintenance of global TA processes and policies.
• Review GTA policies to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
• Partner with GTA leadership to execute inclusive hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, HRBPs, and stakeholders to align recruitment with business goals.
• Design and deliver GTA Learning Labs and training initiatives.
• Act as ORC administrator, configure updates, and train teams.
• Support audits, vendor management, and budget processes.
• Coordinate Early Career programs and events in collaboration with EC leads.
