You will partner with senior stakeholders to build scalable support strategies, drive accountability, and align performance with growth objectives, ensuring a consistent service experience worldwide.

• 12+ years of leadership experience in technical service or field operations.
• Experience managing global service organizations and multi-regional teams.
• Strong business acumen with budget and operational metrics management.
• Proven success in customer escalations and executive-level engagements.
