You will manage a worldwide team of field engineers and regional leaders, focusing on uptime, timely escalations, and scalable service delivery for high-volume manufacturing and new programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of leadership experience in technical service or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Alternative: 10+ years with a Master’s; 8+ years with a PhD.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Systems Field Service organization across regions.
• Define service delivery strategies aligned with growth and customer needs.
• Develop workforce plans and succession strategies to support growth.
• Drive accountability, customer focus, operational excellence.
• Oversee uptime, MTTR, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality.
