Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, California is seeking a senior Director of Systems Field Service to lead the global field service organization, drive service strategy, and deliver scalable, high‑quality support for systems, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction worldwide.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product Management, Quality and Service Centers to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership in global service or equivalent.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment and high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Executive-level engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Systems Field Service organization across regions.
• Own field service performance, customer satisfaction, and service execution.
• Establish capacity models, staffing plans, and coverage strategies.
• Partner with Technical Support Engineering to set escalation processes and resolution standards.
• Develop annual operating plans and drive key service KPIs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global service team.
