Salesforce is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President to lead Global Solution Engineering for Tableau, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and accelerating Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI‑first enterprise.

This role partners with Sales, Product, and Strategy to grow adoption across Data360, Agentforce, and Customer 360, building a high‑performing global team and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Extensive pre‑sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software.
Proven ability to build trusted C‑level relationships and shape value‑based solutions.
Strong communication and executive presence with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale Tableau's Global Solution Engineering as a unified, high‑performing global team.
Position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI‑first enterprise.
Partner with senior Tableau and CoE leadership to influence product strategy and market direction.
Drive innovative solution‑selling strategies aligned to customer needs.
Build trusted C‑level relationships and guide large digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to embed Tableau across the field as a growth priority.
Align with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to map to the roadmap and value propositions.
Champion diversity and inclusion and leadership development across the org.
