• Strong new business generation and hunting in non-incumbent markets.
• Data-driven with metrics and pipeline focus.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Own global revenue and order intake targets with KPI management.
• Lead regional sales managers across EUR, ME, and US.
• Build territory and account strategies with 90-day milestones.
• Drive net-new pipeline generation with hunter mentality.
• Manage the sales pipeline with weekly reviews and clear stage definitions.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to implement direction.
• Coordinate with operations on order handover post-close.
