Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Vice President, Commercial to lead the Ingredients Division’s global commercial strategy and drive profitable growth.

This executive will own revenue, margin, and market share, integrating sales, marketing, pricing, and customer insights across regions and channels. The role requires 15+ years of leadership in dairy or food ingredients, strong P&L experience, and a track record of cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in B2B food ingredients or dairy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ownership of a sizable P&L with profitable growth and forecasts.
• Deep knowledge of the ingredients value chain and market dynamics.
• Experience leading strategies across regions, channels, and product portfolios.
• Strong deal-making, pricing, contracting, and customer retention skills.
• Analytical finance acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year global commercial strategy aligning regions and priorities.
• Own P&L delivery, revenue, margin, and working-capital targets with accountability.
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development across key accounts and distributors.
• Establish value-based pricing and robust contracting discipline.
• Develop insights from market and customer data to steer investments and portfolio choices.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality to launch initiatives.
• Align demand forecasts with Operations to optimize service and capacity utilization.
• Build and coach a high-performing commercial team across multiple regions.
