Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Management, or International Business.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in clubs, sports, or projects.
• Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Ability to work in both a team and individual setting.
• Resiliency and adaptability.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to learn and contribute to Allegion’s business.

Responsibilities

• Deepen understanding of GSM strategic initiatives.
• Shadow SQEs to learn major quality processes and tools.
• Gain familiarity with ERP systems and tools such as Oracle, SMART by GE P, and PowerBI.
• Develop automation and improve data collection through software updates.
• Lead KPI analysis and alignment with audit requirements and process improvements.
• Attend Young Professional meetings.
• Attend Allegion site visits to observe operations.
