Job summary

Allegion invites you to join the Global Supply Strategy team in Carmel, Indiana as a Summer Intern. You will gain exposure to supplier relationship management, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making within a multinational security company.

You will shadow engineers, learn ERP systems like Oracle and PowerBI, support automation, and lead small projects that improve KPIs and compliance. A pursuing degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline (Required).
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in school clubs, sports, or projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; PowerBI preferred.
• Ability to work in teams and independently; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Deepen understanding of global supply management initiatives.
• Shadow SQEs to learn quality processes and tools.
• Familiarize with ERP systems and purchasing tech (Oracle, SMART by GEP, PowerBI).
• Develop automation and improve data collection through software updates.
• Lead small projects to analyze KPIs and ensure audit compliance.
• Attend Young Professional meetings and site visits to understand operations.
