Job summary

Tive in the United States seeks a Supply Planning and Logistics Manager to plan production builds and movement of material across Asia and beyond. You will optimize imports/exports, coordinate with 3PLs, and ensure smooth material flow from factories to global warehouses.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in logistics, deep knowledge of China customs, bonded zone logistics, and experience with Netsuite, Arena, and Confluence; fluency in English and Chinese; and a proven ability to drive cost

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in logistics and planning required.
• Deep knowledge of import/export operations and China customs.
• Experience with bonded zone logistics and warehouse processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods across Asia and globally.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Provide logistics instructions to factories and forwarders to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with global demand planning to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Asia suppliers to ensure timely delivery and contract adherence.
• Work with sourcing, manufacturing and other teams to align on material, volume, and issues.
• Analyze KPIs such as cost per unit, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
• Support global manufacturing and logistics strategy execution.
