Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end product supply from forecast to plant output, aligning with commercial and financial plans. You will collaborate across 3PFG sites and regional teams to deliver reliable supply and optimal service levels.

This role requires 5+ years in supply planning, ERP know-how, and a proactive, data-driven problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced global environment and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Planning or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; CSCP desirable.
• ERP / Planning systems knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing at 3PFG plants and how service levels are impacted by elements of the process.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain Networks and planning from 3PFG to DCs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define analytical problems to develop data-driven solutions.
• Manage demand and supply to minimize back orders and optimize service levels.
• Be part of the S&OP monthly cycle and drive supply review with 3PFG plant contacts.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning & Customer Service to manage exceptions and maximise revenue.
• Communicate supply issues with SBUs/Regions and 3PFG manufacturing plans.
• Proactively manage potential constraints to ensure supply continuity.
• Anticipate constraints from quality, regulatory, or technical issues and resolve.
• Drive collaborative problem solving across the organization.
• Analyze global material flow from 3PFG plants to DCs to optimize the chain.
• Maintain ERP data: orders, dates, and reliable supply dates.
• Lead and participate in 3PFG supplier meetings on demand fulfilment.
