Job summary

Lancesoft in Titusville, NJ is seeking a Planner External Supply to manage global planning and material control for externally manufactured products. You will define and implement improvements to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory while aligning with CLIENT strategic objectives.

The role requires strong SAP and Excel skills, 4+ years in supply chain planning, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Hybrid work arrangement with some travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required; focus in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Able to collaborate across organizational boundaries via influence and partnership.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with clear communication.
• Understanding of external supply chain trends and risk.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Set up a balanced volume plan, detailed plan and material plan considering inventory and service levels.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
• Lead improvement projects or participate in IMT or critical issue discussions.
• Coordinate demand and inventory requirements with external sites to meet customer needs.
• Monitor OTIF, SLOB, and stock levels; drive issue resolution and launches.
• Support S&OP and global planning initiatives across teams.
• Represent External Planning in global planning and cross-functional initiatives.
