Job summary

Business Bricks is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end product movement from China to customers in a hybrid Lehi, UT role. You will negotiate with overseas factories and freight forwarders, manage customs, 3PL warehousing, and drop shipping for both China and the US, and partner with Sales to set realistic delivery dates.

You will translate sales trends into forecasts, plan around peak seasons, and monitor landed costs with weekly leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement with hands-on factory exposure.
• Proven ability to find and negotiate with overseas manufacturers and freight forwarders.
• Direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience.
• 3PL and drop shipping experience in China and the US.
• Expert in customs and import/export rules.
• Able to read a P&L and understand cost impacts from freight and duties.
• Confident in building processes using tech and AI tools with clean data and clear reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product movement from factory floor in China to customer delivery.
• Source, vet, and negotiate with factories and freight forwarders.
• Manage customs, imports, 3PL warehouses, and drop shipping for China and the US.
• Collaborate with Sales to set feasible lead times and warn early if dates are at risk.
• Forecast order quantities from sales trends and plan around holidays and Chinese New Year.
• Track landed cost per kit and report key metrics to leadership weekly.
