Job summary

Oura in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own end-to-end supply planning for our product portfolio, from production through delivery to customers. You will align demand signals, production constraints, inventory positions, and channel requirements into a single coherent plan and own the tradeoffs with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, supply/demand planning, or inventory management.
End-to-end supply plan ownership with ripple-through impact understanding.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure ill-defined problems.
Strong quantitative skills; advanced Excel/Sheets; planning systems experience.

Responsibilities

Own the global supply plan across channels, balancing service levels, inventory targets, and financial commitments.
Manage the full inventory lifecycle—from inbound production to 3PL allocation and obsolescence mitigation.
Lead supply planning for NPIs and peak execution cycles, coordinating timelines and contingencies across teams.
Monitor production execution against plan; identify exceptions, quantify impact, and drive corrective action.
Build and maintain planning tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to increase visibility and reduce manual effort.
Translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership; brief on supply health and tradeoffs.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and cross-functional handoffs.
Partner with logistics on fulfillment strategy and with finance on inventory valuation and landed costs.
