Job summary

Ōura in San Francisco is seeking an E-commerce Demand Planner to own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast with a secondary focus on B2B demand planning across products, markets and horizons. You will convert traffic, conversion, promotions and product launches into a clear, decision-ready forecast for cross‑functional teams.

This hybrid role collaborates with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning and Marketing to improve forecast quality and inventory availability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce/DTC demand planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, supply chain planning, or a closely related function supporting physical products or demand-sensitive programs.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn traffic, conversion, marketing, sales, and operational inputs into a clear forecast and recommendation.
• Ability to explain what changed, why it changed, when it will happen, and what the business should do about it.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial or Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, Logistics, Product, Marketing, or RevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast, including traffic, conversion, marketing, seasonality, promotions, launches, product generation, SKU or finish/size mix as needed, channel, region, and time period; support the B2B forecast as a secondary scope.
• Lead the recurring demand planning cadence: collect inputs, pressure-test assumptions, update the forecast, document risks and opportunities, and prepare materials for forecast sign-off and S&OP discussions.
• Translate commercial pipeline and partner inputs into demand assumptions, including deal timing, confidence, ramp shape, booking-to-shipment timing, expected fulfillment path, and likely product mix.
• Maintain the DTC/e-commerce forecast across baseline demand, traffic, conversion, seasonality, promotions, marketing events, launches, channel mix shifts, availability constraints, and other demand drivers.
• Support and improve the B2B planning process by translating deal and program expectations into product and SKU demand, with clear attention to timing, mix, fulfillment, and data quality.
