Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner in California to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans and optimize inventory.

This highly visible, self-directed role requires leading cross-functional execution and communicating forward-looking supply capability to senior leadership while mentoring junior planners and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Sourcing, or related leadership.
• Expert-level Excel skills (advanced modeling, pivots, forecasting).
• Experience communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Assess revenue capability and supply risk for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across functions.
• Improve planning processes, tools, metrics, and rhythms.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines and suppliers.
