Job summary

Ōura is hiring an E-commerce Demand Planner to own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast and support B2B demand planning across products, markets, and horizons. This hybrid role is based out of San Francisco and sits at the intersection of Demand Planning, E-commerce, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.

You will turn traffic, conversion, promotions, and product launches into a clear forecast, driving inventory availability and cross-functional decision-making in a data-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce/DTC demand planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, or related functions with physical products.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate inputs into a clear forecast and recommendation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, Marketing, or RevOps teams.
• Ability to explain what changed, why it changed, when it will happen, and what the business should do about it.
• High ownership of recurring planning deliverables, deadlines, documentation, and follow-through.
• Comfort operating in an evolving environment where tools and data definitions are maturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast across traffic, conversion, seasonality, promotions, launches, and mix; support B2B forecast.
• Lead the recurring demand planning cadence: collect inputs, test assumptions, update forecast, document risks, and prepare materials for sign-off.
• Translate commercial inputs into demand assumptions including deal timing, ramp, booking-to-shipment timing, and product mix.
• Maintain forecast across baseline demand, traffic, seasonality, promotions, events, and channel mix shifts.
• Support and improve the B2B planning process by translating deals into product and SKU demand with timing and data quality focus.
