As a Supply Chain Planner, you will own end-to-end supply planning for Oura's product portfolio — from production through delivery to our customers. This is not a narrowly scoped execution role; you will connect demand signals, production constraints, inventory positions, and channel requirements into a coherent supply plan and own the tradeoffs that come with it.
You’ll operate across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure product is in the right place at the right time. When plans break — and they will — you’ll diagnose root causes, evaluate options, and drive resolution rather than escalate by default.
This role sits within our Supply Chain team and reports into Supply Chain leadership. You will work most closely with demand planning, logistics, finance, commercial, and operations teams.
This is a hybrid role. The candidate should be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office 2–3 days per week.
At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health and add to our benefits!
What we offer:
Region 1 Base Pay Range: $112,000 - $140,000
