As a Senior Supply Planner at Oura, you will play a central role in connecting business demand with supply execution as we scale our global operations. You will translate commercial priorities into actionable production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, service levels, and operational constraints. In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics partners to drive alignment, manage trade‑offs, and support inventory allocation while providing clear, data‑driven visibility into supply performance to support informed decision‑making across the business. This position requires a proactive, analytical planner who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of supply decisions, and effectively influences cross‑functional partners. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office with the expectation to be onsite 2–3 days per week.
Oura takes a market‑based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
