Job summary

Lumafield in the United States is seeking a Global Supply Manager to expand production capacity by sourcing mechanical and electrical components and managing supplier relationships. You will collaborate with engineering on sourcing needs, drive cost reductions, and oversee budgets to ensure on-time delivery and quality across the supply chain.

This is a pivotal role in building a scalable, sustainable supply chain for advanced hardware products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI supply chains for electromechanical products.
• Ability to build a responsible and sustainable supply chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence decisions across the organization.
• Strong vendor negotiation and accountability skills.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to determine sourcing needs and procure components to keep production on schedule.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Identify supply chain risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities based on manufacturing cost drivers.
• Manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team.
