Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to scale global manufacturing operations and strategic component sourcing for next-generation hardware products. The role requires experience managing JDM/ODM partners, driving supplier performance, and supporting products from early development through mass production.

Ideal candidates will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations teams, and be fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or hardware operations.

Responsibilities

• Scale global manufacturing operations and strategic component sourcing.
• Manage JDM/ODM partners and supplier negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization and total cost management strategies.
• Develop supply continuity strategies including supplier diversification, inventory planning, and risk mitigation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), production ramp-up, engineering changes, and high-volume transitions.
