Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is expanding its Supply Engineering team to scale operations, optimize procurement processes, and lead a high-performing group of four Supply Engineers. The role focuses 80% on leadership and coordination and 20% on hands-on sourcing to support peak workloads and complex projects.

You will build strong supplier relationships across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia while driving efficiency and cost optimization. Fluency in English is required; Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in glass, glazing systems, architectural hardware, or related industries.
• 3+ years of people management, including direct leadership of procurement or supply teams.
• Experience building or scaling a procurement/sourcing function from scratch.
• Experience designing procurement processes, policies, and SOPs across the full purchasing cycle.
• Strong experience with international suppliers and markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America).
• Hands-on sourcing and procurement of glass, glazing components, or related materials.
• Experience with international logistics, import/export, and cross-border procurement.
• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience implementing procurement tools, reporting, and cross-functional workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
• Fluent English is required; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations, plan inventory, and forecast needs.
• Coordinate production by securing hardware and materials.
• Review drawings and prepare accurate material lists.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and resolve issues across regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, and Warehouse teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
• Provide procurement expertise and pricing for projects.
• Mentor and coach four Supply Engineers and monitor deadlines.
