Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based glass solutions provider, is expanding its Supply Engineering Team Lead role. Lead a four-member team, drive procurement operations, and optimize supplier relationships across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The role blends 80% leadership with 20% hands-on sourcing support, reporting to the CTO, and shaping end‑to‑end procurement processes in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within glass/architectural hardware industries.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading procurement, sourcing, or supply teams.
• Experience building or scaling a procurement function from scratch, including processes, workflows, supplier management standards, reporting, KPIs, and team structure.
• Fluent English is required; Russian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement operations: launch production by coordinating glass orders, plan inventory, review drawings, verify specs, and track documentation.
• Supplier management: source and evaluate suppliers across regions, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, monitor performance, and mitigate issues.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Warehouse, and Installation teams; support changes and planning.
• Team leadership: lead four Supply Engineers, assign tasks, coach, review POs and material lists, and escalate complex sourcing challenges.
• Ensure materials meet project specs and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
