Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation & Execution to translate GSC strategy into measurable outcomes, leading both the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and the GSC Program & Execution Office to orchestrate the portfolio and drive value realization across the organization.

The role collaborates with GSCLT and other executives to ensure effective governance, prioritization, and cross-functional execution, delivering Lean and PDCA-driven improvements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Transformation, PMO, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Demonstrated success building and leading PMO, TMO, Strategy Deployment, or Transformation organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated GSC transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized programs, capabilities, and investment plans.
• Govern portfolio sequencing, interdependencies, and value realization.
• Lead execution of enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Establish program governance, stage gates, reporting, and controls.
• Drive predictable delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and value commitments.
• Partner with Finance to quantify, track, and realize transformation benefits.
• Establish portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
