Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, S&OP to lead and mature enterprise S&OP/IBP processes across a global organization.

You will own monthly planning cycles, align demand with supply, and partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Business Units to surface risks and opportunities. This role requires deep experience balancing long lead‑time capacity with volatile demand, driving adoption of new tools and behaviors, and acting as the change agent for planning transformation across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in S&OP/IBP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain strategy.
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading, and maturing S&OP/IBP processes in a complex, multi-site, global organization.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change management and process transformation initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and organizational adoption.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex trade-offs and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of demand/supply balancing, financial integration, and scenario-based decision making.
• Preferred experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor materials industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end S&OP cycle and IBP evolution across regions and sites.
• Define KPIs, governance, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Direct Demand Planning including statistical forecasting and consensus demand process feeding a single demand signal.
• Lead transformation of S&OP into Integrated Business Planning for rolling 18+ month horizon.
• Drive change management, training, and governance to embed new planning behaviors and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership to enable aligned decision making.
