Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, S&OP to drive end-to-end S&OP and IBP maturity across a global, matrixed organization.

You will balance demand, supply, and financial outcomes, lead change initiatives, and partner with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to deliver a united operating plan. You will own the transformation to Integrated Business Planning, build new forecasting capabilities, and integrate financial reconciliation with planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle including product/portfolio review, demand and supply reviews, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP.
• Set and enforce planning cadence, discipline, and decision rights across units and regions.
• Ensure a single, unconstrained demand signal reconciled with supply into one plan.
• Define and monitor S&OP KPIs and hold partners to targets.
• Identify demand/supply gaps, capacity constraints, and risks with actionable scenarios for executives.
• Lead Demand Planning, overseeing forecasting and consensus demand feeding S&OP.
