Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading an Enterprise PMO, Portfolio Management Office, or comparable function within a complex global organization.
• Experience managing strategic technology portfolios, enterprise transformation initiatives, and portfolio governance processes.
• Strong expertise in demand management, prioritization, resource planning, investment management, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), establishing portfolio management, governance, and delivery practices for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise portfolio governance, prioritization, funding, and investment decision-making to align with business objectives.
• Own the enterprise demand management process, providing a framework for evaluating and approving technology and digital investments.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from intake and business case through execution and value realization.
• Develop portfolio metrics and reporting for visibility into demand, capacity, delivery, and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive decision-making on investment priorities, resource allocation, and portfolio tradeoffs.
