Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to translate GSC strategy into measurable outcomes by leading the Transformation Management Office and the GSC Program & Execution Office.

The role orchestrates the global transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, resourced, governed, and adopted across One Entegris to achieve the 2030 vision. The successful candidate will own the portfolio, drive governance, and partner with Finance to realize benefits, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Transformation, PMO, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience leading global teams in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated GSC transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized programs, capabilities, and investment plans.
• Facilitate executive trade-off decisions across initiatives, resources, and business priorities.
• Govern portfolio sequencing, interdependencies, and value realization.
• Lead execution of enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Establish program governance, stage gates, reporting, and controls.
• Drive predictable delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and value commitments.
• Manage risks, issues, escalations, and resource conflicts across the portfolio.
• Partner with Finance to quantify, track, and realize transformation benefits.
• Ensure business cases are validated and linked to AOP and strategic objectives.
• Establish portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Drive accountability for committed operational and financial outcomes.
• Build and mature transformation, program management, and execution capabilities across GSC.
• Standardize portfolio management, governance, and execution methodologies.
• Support activation of the GPO model and enterprise process ownership.
• Advance adoption of Lean, Operational Excellence, PDCA, and fact-based management principles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GSCLT, ELT sponsors, GPOs, functional leaders, and Finance.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Align stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital, and Corporate Functions.
• Drive organizational change, adoption, and enterprise-wide alignment.
