Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent and 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio, program, or project management.
• Proven track record leading an Enterprise PMO or similar function in a global organization.
• Strong expertise in demand management, prioritization, budgeting, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and establish governance, prioritization, funding, and delivery practices.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on portfolio strategy, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Own demand management, end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, and portfolio metrics reporting.
• Drive organizational change, PMO maturity, and value realization across the enterprise.
