Job summary

Molex is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Lead to define and implement supply chain and logistics processes, including ERP and MES capabilities, across global sites. The role requires coordinating between supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and successful deployments.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end process design, data governance, and system integration, leading cross-functional teams through complex enterprise transformations and change management

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise ERP, MES, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing system implementations.
• Strong program or project management experience across planning, risk, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience in domains such as planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Oversee ERP and MES design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Coordinate data, master data, and system integrations across ERP, MES, planning, procurement, warehousing, and finance.
• Define governance, KPIs, and ownership models for scalable processes and adoption.
• Standardize processes across regions and lead deployment roadmaps and transition plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional training and workshops to sustain adoption and alignment.
