Job summary

Molex is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Lead to define and implement end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes within the Optical Connectivity Group. You will drive ERP and MES design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization, coordinating global workstreams and ensuring data integrity and traceability across planning, procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise ERP/MES implementations.
• Strong program and change management skills.
• Ability to map business processes to system workflows.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across global sites.
• Knowledge of master data governance and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Document current processes and define future-state workflows supported by ERP and MES.
• Ensure solutions support planning accuracy, material availability, inventory integrity, production execution, traceability, and on-time delivery.
• Lead ERP and MES workstreams for design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate pilots, testing, cutover readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation issue resolution.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to manage dependencies and milestones.
• Own and coordinate integration across ERP, MES, planning, procurement, warehouse, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and IT to ensure master data quality and reporting.
• Define scalable process standards, ownership models, and monitor adoption post-deployment.
• Develop roadmaps, readiness assessments, deployment waves, and site transition plans.
