Job summary

MatX is building a scalable digital supply chain. We seek a Technical Supply Chain System Manager to architect, deploy, and optimize ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory systems for real-time visibility across global operations.

You will lead integrations, standardize master data, and automate workflows while collaborating with IT, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role emphasizes training and ongoing support in a scaling startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP/PLM/MRP/WMS).
• Experience with NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa or similar platforms.
• Strong business systems analysis to translate workflows into scalable requirements.
• Ability to build customized AI tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems.
• Build seamless data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, supplier portals.
• Ensure high data fidelity for master data like BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead times.
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards for executive visibility into inventory and procurement spend.
• Partner with engineering to streamline ECO release flows between PLM and ERP.
• Provide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing support.
