Job summary

Molex seeks a Supply Planner in Fremont, CA, to balance demand, capacity, and inventory across a global manufacturing network and drive operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and plants in China, Vietnam, Mexico, Poland, and the USA to align plans and ensure timely fulfillment, while tracking KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory turnover.

The role is not VISA-sponsorable; salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis or other technical disciplines.
• 8+ years in Demand Planning, Supply/Production/Materials/Operations Planning.
• Experience in global manufacturing and collaborating across regions/time zones.
• Experience presenting supply plans and risks to stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel experience for analysis, reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support S&OP by providing supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to align forecasts with plans.
• Coordinate with all manufacturing plants and global SCM to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align plans and resolve issues.
• Perform capacity planning and identify bottlenecks to enable growth.
• Identify risks related to capacity, materials, or delivery and escalate as needed.
• Support schedule changes, order rescheduling and priority adjustments.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, plan adherence, and inventory turnover.
• Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to optimize stock levels.
