Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a dedicated account coordination professional in Greenville, SC to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and manage end-to-end order and shipment processes. You will collaborate with sales, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role covers purchase orders, vendor relationships, and international shipments while supporting sustainability, compliance, and audits to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication.
• Enter, manage, and track customer orders while coordinating with sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners.
• Create and manage purchase orders, follow supplier deliveries, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while working closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support sustainability initiatives, compliance requirements, and audit activities while identifying solutions to operational challenges.
