Gexpro Services seeks a Customer Fulfillment Representative in Greenville, SC to serve as the interface between the company and customers. You will ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment, coordinating between customer service, warehouse operations and sales support.

Responsibilities include leading warehouse activities, managing orders, and leveraging WMS and QAD systems to fulfill shipments. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate warehouse operations including scheduling, inbound/outbound, and safety.
• Handle order entry, inquiry, status, and inventory questions for customers.
• Process purchase orders and communicate shipping confirmations.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanner to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
