Job summary

Gexpro Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Representative to bridge customer needs with warehouse and sales support. You will ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and coordinate delivery schedules.

You will handle order entry, status inquiries, inventory checks and transportation management, using WMS and RF scanners, while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee general supply chain processes in a physical warehouse.
• Standing continuously, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Strong time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with coworkers and customers.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Customer service and/or warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements.
• Provides customer account management including order entry, inquiry, status, inventory inquiries, and transportation management to resolve needs.
• Manages tactical customer inquiries such as processing purchase orders and shipping confirmations.
• Utilize WMS and IT systems to manage inventory and complete shipping, receiving, picking, and put-away of parts and orders.
• Use company vehicle to transport and stock inventory at off-site locations up to 3 times per week.
• Use RF scanner for bin inventory quantities for QAD uploads.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety and address safety concerns.
• Provide additional tactical sales support to the Program Manager as needed.
