Job summary

Allegion in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Leader to guide the enterprise risk program across sourcing, operations and procurement. You will map risks, quantify impacts and lead mitigation with strategic supplier actions and scenario planning.

You will build governance with dashboards for executives, lead cross-functional teams through changes, and mentor staff while advancing business continuity and resilience across global networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma/Lean, PMP desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain risk, resilience or business continuity; 7+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a corporate supply chain risk & resilience framework.
• Identify, assess, quantify and prioritize supply chain risks end-to-end.
• Develop a mapped, data-driven view of the supply chain with KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Global supply management on mitigation strategies.
• Establish incident management, crisis response and post-incident reviews.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive CAPA to closure.
• Govern risk appetite, thresholds, escalation paths and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and resilience testing.
• Mentor teams and train on risk tools and playbooks.
• Integrate risk considerations into S&OP and capital projects.
