Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Leader in Carmel, IN to lead the risk framework and end-to-end supplier risk programs. You will partner with Global supply management to implement mitigation strategies and drive improvements across the network.

The role requires deep analytics, capability to translate geopolitical and operational risks into business actions, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma/Lean, PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a corporate supply chain risk & resilience framework aligned with strategy and standards.
• Identify, assess, quantify and prioritize supplier and network risks across multiple domains.
• Maintain data-driven view of the supply chain with supplier mapping and critical part visibility.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies with Global supply management (multi/dual sourcing, nearshoring, contingency plans).
• Establish incident management, runbooks, war-rooms and executive reporting.
• Lead root cause analyses and CAPA actions; verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Define governance, risk appetite, KPIs and dashboards for leadership and board.
• Drive continuous improvement via audits, tabletop exercises, resilience testing.
