Allegion Carmel, IN seeks a Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Leader to drive end-to-end risk identification, mitigation, and continuity planning across global supply networks. You will partner with Global Supply Management to optimize multi-sourcing, nearshoring, and strategic inventory positioning, while leading incident response and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain risk, resilience, or business continuity.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong analytics and risk quantification with scenario modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a risk and resilience framework aligned with strategy and standards.
• Identify, assess, quantify, and prioritize supplier and network risks.
• Maintain a data-driven view of the supply chain with key visibility.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies with Global supply management.
• Establish incident management, runbooks, and executive reporting.
• Conduct rigorous root cause analyses and drive CAPA closure.
• Provide governance with KPIs, thresholds, and escalation paths.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, tabletop exercises, and resilience testing.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and build internal capability.
• Integrate risk considerations into S&OP, procurement, and product lifecycle decisions.
