Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics.
• Experience identifying and mitigating global supply chain risks.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and adapt quickly.
• Advanced Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in global multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the enterprise supply chain risk management strategy.
• Design, implement, and manage the SCR program and governance.
• Use AI, predictive analytics to identify disruptions and improve visibility.
• Monitor supplier and third-party risks across multiple domains.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario planning, and resilience analyses.
• Develop mitigation strategies including alternate sourcing and inventory optimization.
• Embed risk management into sourcing decisions with stakeholders.
• Establish governance through the SC Resilience Community of Practice.
• Develop resilience metrics and executive dashboards.
• Provide leadership with data-driven risk insights and recommendations.
• Support leaders during disruptions with strategic analysis.
